Taxes online. How in the inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Grodno region use non-contact working methods

Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Grodno region in connection with the epidemiological situation in Belarus and the upcoming deadline for the submission of tax returns (calculations) suggests using contactless methods of interaction to strengthen social distance measures for payers.

Tax declarations (calculations), statements and other documents related to taxation can be submitted electronically without leaving home using the Payer’s Personal Account on the official website of the Ministry of Taxes and Dues of the Republic of Belarus nalog.gov.by (hereinafter — MNS website), as well as using the Payer AWP software product.

Payers can leave paper documents (correspondence) in express-places organized on the ground floors in the halls at the entrance to the inspection, or at the administrator of the payer service center (if there is one), drop them into the mailbox installed at the entrance to the inspection, and send by mail by courier. Please note that the presence of a contact phone number on such correspondence is MANDATORY for remote resolution of possible issues.

In order to avoid the accumulation of queues at the reporting dates, we recommend submitting tax returns in advance!

Remotely resolving of other issues related to taxation can also be done online using the open electronic services of tax authorities on the MHC website in the «Electronic Services» section.
