The corresponding decree was signed by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on may 20, BelTA was informed in the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document was prepared taking into account the domestic and foreign experience of organizing and conducting major international sports competitions. Its norms are aimed at ensuring security in sports arenas, hotels and other infrastructure facilities of the European games, on the roads of Minsk.
The implementation of the decree will contribute to the safe conduct of the II European games in Belarus, and its adoption testifies to the special attention paid to the issues of comfortable and safe stay in the country of participants and fans of the upcoming international sports forum.
